5 oz. Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water
Pour Empress 1908 Gin over ice & top with tonic. I topped this G & T with Pink Grapefruit Peel, lime pinwheels, & sage.
Other fantastic garnish ideas are mixed pink & black peppercorns, basil, & citrus.
