AMARO MONTENEGRO MULE

(For Individual Serving)

150ml of East Imperial Mombasa Ginger Beer

Over ice in your favorite mule mug add in 1 1/2 – 2oz. of Amaro Montenegro. Top with East Imperial Mombasa Ginger Beer. Top with a slice of lime. Delightfully refreshing.

Rum

THE DUKE

(For Individual Serving)

1 1/2 oz. Spytail Black Ginger Rum

1/2 oz. Bruto Americano

2 oz. Pineapple Juice

1 oz. Mango Juice

1/2 oz. of Orange Juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake. Strain over fresh ice into your favorite tiki glass and garnish with fresh fruit.

Then sit back and sip on this cocktail and escape for a bit.

1 ½ oz. Don Papa Rum

3 ½ oz. East Imperial Ginger Beer

A Slice Of Fresh Local Honeycomb

Lime Pinwheel

In a copper mug over ice pour Don Papa Rum. Top with East Imperial Ginger Beer. To garnish a nice slice of local honey and a lime pinwheel. Excellent to mix in fresh honeycomb.

Combine both ingredients in a shaker over ice & shake. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top with East Imperial Ginger Beer. Delicious! No garnish needed for this silky cocktail.

BLOOD ORANGE BOURBON COCKTAIL

(For Individual Serving)

1 1/2 oz.Bulleit Bourbon
1 1/2 oz. Blood Orange Juice
Dash of Stirrings Simple Syrup
1/4 oz. Stirrings Grenadine
Garnish with a candied blood orange

In a shaker over ice combine all ingredients and stir. Strain over fresh ice. Cocktail garnished with candied blood orange.

Vodka

1 1/2 oz. Rocket Vodka (California Vodka hand crafted made from apples)

1/2 oz. Green Bar Ginger Liqueur

4 oz. Lemoncocco

1 1/2 oz. Malfy Con Limone Gin

4 oz. Lemonococco

1/4 oz. Amaro Montengro

1/4 oz. Stirrings Simple Syrup

In a shaker over ice combine all ingredients. Stir over ice and strain into a cocktail glass of your choice over fresh ice. Garnish with a fresh herb sprig of rosemary.
