Seasonal Cocktails, Tequila


2 oz. Don Nacho Blanco

1 oz. Prosecco (I suggest Mionetto Prosecco)

2 oz. white grapefruit juice (I suggest freshly squeezed)

Splash of fresh lime juice

Course salt the rim of your favorite rocks glass.  Add ice and top with the above ingredients.  Stir until blended.

Garnish with a slice of smoked grapefruit.

Gin, Seasonal Cocktails


1 1/2 oz. Empress 1908 Gin

1 1/2 oz. Prosecco

3 oz. Mongibello blood orange juice

In your favorite cocktail glass over ice combine blood orange juice and prosecco.  Top with Empress 1908.  

Garnish with fresh herbs or a slice of blood orange when in season.  This is a perfect brunch cocktail.

Gin, Seasonal Cocktails


(For Individual Serving)

1 1/2 oz. Malfy Con Limone Gin
1/2 oz. Giffard Elderflower
1/2 lemon squeezed
2 tsp. Basil Simple Syrup
1 1/2 oz. East Imperial Superior Soda Water
In a shaker over ice combine:  1 1/2 oz. Malfy Con Limone Gin, 1/2 oz. Giffard Elderflower, 1/2 Lemon Squeezed, & 2tsp of Basil Simple Syrup.  Shake and strain into a fresh rocks glass filled with ice.  Top with 1 1/2 oz. Soda Water.  Garnish with fresh basil & lemon.  I used fresh basil & dried lemon in the photo
Rum, Seasonal Cocktails


(For Individual Serving)

1 1/2 oz. Spytail Black Ginger Rum
3 1/2 oz.  Kronenbourg 1664
3 oz. Housemade Lemonade –  1/2 squeezed Lemon, Cucumber, Aloe Vera, & Coconut Water
In a shaker over ice combine:  1 1/2 oz. Spytail Black Ginger Rum & your housemade lemonade.  Strain into your favorite pilsner style glass filled with ice.  Top with your favorite beer.  I love making a French Spytail Shandy. Garnish with a lemon & paper bamboo straw for decoration.
Bourbon, Seasonal Cocktails


(For Individual Serving)

1 1/2 oz. Bulleit Rye Frontier Whiskey
MEM Marsala Chai Tea
(Indian Black Tea, Ginger, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves. & Rooibos)
1 Teaspoon of Local Honey
Dash of Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
In your favorite mug pour 1 1/2 oz. of Bulleit Rye Whiskey.  Steep Marsala Chai for 5 minutes.  Pour Steeped Marsala Chai over the Bulleit Rye Whiskey.  Stir in Honey & Lemon.  Garnish to your liking.  This time of year a nice wedge of lemon & dried fruit seems more than appropriate.  Enjoy!
Seasonal Cocktails, Vodka


(For Individual Serving)

1 1/2 oz. Crop Pumpkin Vodka
1/2 oz. Giffard White Creme De Cacao
1/4 oz. Stirrings Simple Syrup
1/2 oz. Cream or Half & Half
In a large shaker combine all ingredients over ice and shake till frothy.  Stain into a chilled martini glass and top with sprinkles of cinnamon & dried seasonal fruit if you like.
