(For Batched Serving)
1 bottles RED WINE (I am using HEROE Cabernet Sauvignon by SCULPTERRA Winery)
6 oz. Greenbar Distillery Orange Liqueur
10 drops Hella Bitters Aromatico
Cinnamon, Clove, Star Anise & All Spice (wrapped up in cheesecloth 1 piece of each)
This is the perfect cocktail to batch in a small infusion jar or large jug for your fridge.  Recipe can be doubled for a special occasion cocktail.  Combine all ingredients in large container and allow it to marinate refrigerated for a minimum of 3 days.  Remove spice pouch before serving.  If serving in a punch bowl you can add dried fruits of loose spices from pouch.

(For Individual Serving)
2 oz. Rocket Vodka
1/2 oz. Cocchi Americano
1/2 oz. Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
2 Sprigs Of Fresh Rosemary
In A Shaker Over Ice Combine All Ingredients and Shake.  Strain In Your Favorite Cocktail/Martini Glass.  Garnish To Your Liking With Rosemary & Lime.

Holiday… Countdown

This is a delicious and festive rum based cocktail. Prepare in large batches for your holiday party or simply enjoy by yourself listening to carols and enjoying all the season has to offer!

(For Individual Serving)

1.5 oz Papa’s PILAR Blonde Rum
.5 oz Fruit Lab Orange Liquour
.5 oz Tangerine juice or manderine/tangerine puree from The Perfect Puree
Shaved nutmeg
Teaspoon organic honey
Fever-Tree Club Soda
Dried cherries
Dried fig

In a large wine glass, combine over ice rum, puree, honey and nutmeg. Top with Fever-Tree Club Soda. Garnish with dried cherries and dried fig.

Seasonal Cocktails, Tequila


(For Individual Serving)

2oz. Tequila Blanco (Divine Cocktailer preference is the Cassamigos Blanco Tequila)

1/2 oz. Orange Flavored Liqueur (Divine Cocktailer preference is Cointreau)

Prickly Pear Puree (Divine Cocktailer prefers Perfectly Puree)

1/2 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice

Soda Water Topper (Divine Cocktailer preference is Fever Tree)

Combine all ingredients except for soda water in a shaker over ice and shake.  Pour into copper mug and top with soda water and garnish with candied ginger & lime pinwheel.

Bourbon, Seasonal Cocktails


(For Up To 20+ Servings)

In your large mason jar add in:

10 Red Royal Gala & 10 Green Granny Smith Apples sliced to your preference.  I suggest rotating the red & green colors.  Top with a heavy portion of lemon juice. (This prevents the apples from turning brown quickly).

1.75 bottle of Makers Mark (add over top the layered to the top apples).

Top with 5 cinnamon sticks (these can be floating in the jar).

Marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 days before serving (This recipe taste improves with marinating).

Simply, pull jar out of  refrigerator and place on counter. Served on the rocks in a rocks glass or straight up in a Martini glass.

If serving straight up….place in infusion in shaker over ice.  Shake & pour into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a slice of spiced apple (dip one slice of apple in simple syrup & top with cinnamon & sugar mixture).
