ROSEMARY GIMLET

(For Individual Serving)
ROSEMARY GIMLET
 
2 oz. Rocket Vodka
1/2 oz. Cocchi Americano
1/2 oz. Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
2 Sprigs Of Fresh Rosemary
 
In A Shaker Over Ice Combine All Ingredients and Shake.  Strain In Your Favorite Cocktail/Martini Glass.  Garnish To Your Liking With Rosemary & Lime.
Gin

MALFY GIN BUCK

(For Individual Serving & Batch Recipe)
1 1/2 oz. MALFY Con Limone Gin
5 1/2 oz Fresh Ginger Lemonade
Over fresh ice in a 10oz. cocktail glass pour 1 1/2 oz. Malfy Gin, topped with 5 1/2 oz. fresh ginger lemonade.  Top with a lemon pinwheel and straw.  Ready to serve!
LARGE BATCH MALFY GIN BUCK RECIPE FOR INGREDIENTS & BATCH PRESENTATION
GINGER Syrup
1 gal Water
1 piece Fresh Ginger diced
In a large pot bring water and ginger to a boil.  Strain liquid and dilute with another gallon of water.
LEMONADE Recipe
1 gallon Water
12 lemons finely juiced and strained of pulp
1/2 cup granulated sugar
Combine all ingredients and blend well till sugar dissolves.
MALFY GIN BUCK
(3 Gallon large batch format)
In a large infusion jar/drink dispenser combine even amounts. 1 gallon of lemonade, 1 gallon ginger syrup, & 4 bottles of MALFY Con Limone Gin. Stir and blend all ingredients.  Top with some lemon pinwheels and drink is ready to serve.  Dispense over fresh ice and top with a lemon pinwheel.  Always, nice to have funky straws to add to the drink.  I used a bamboo paper now in this.
Vodka

BLOODY MARY

(For Individual Serving)

 

5 1/2 oz. Tomato Juice

1 1/4 oz. Crop Tomato Vodka

¼  oz. Worcheshire

2 Dashes Celery Salt

1 Dash of Black Pepper

1 Teaspoon of Tabassco

1 Dash of Lemon Juice

In a shaker combine all ingredients over ice and shake.  Pour in a hi-ball glass & garnish with a lemon, lime, & stuffed olive.

 

Rum

CAPTAIN NEMO

(For Individual Serving)

1 1/2 oz. Spytail Black Ginger Rum
2 oz. Freshly Squeezed Blood Orange Juice
1/2 oz. Coconut Puree
2 Dashes of Tobacco Bitters

In a shaker combine all ingredients over ice. Shake and blend ingredients. Strain the liquid over fresh ice in your favorite cocktail glass and garnish with fresh or dried blood orange slice.

Gin

FEELIN GROOVY

(For Individual Serving)

1 1/2 oz. Malfy Con Limone Gin
1/2 oz. Giffard Curacao Triple Sec
2 oz. Freshly Squeezd Pink Grapefruit
1/4 oz. Lemon Juice
Top with Fever Tree Club Soda

In a shaker combine all ingredients leaving out the club soda. Stir and blend ingredients. Over fresh ice strain into a cocktail glass of your choice. Top with club soda and garnish with grapefruit and lime pinwheels. This cocktail is a wonderful sunny day sipper. Simply refreshing.

Bourbon

BLOOD ORANGE BOURBON PALMER

(For Individual Serving)

1 1/2 oz. Bulleit Rye Bourbon
2 1/2 oz. MEM Tea Blood Orange Hibiscus 
1/2 oz. Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
1/4 oz. Lemon Juice
Teaspoon of Local Honey

In a shaker combine all ingredients over ice and shake.  Over fresh ice strain into a cocktail glass of your choice.   This cocktail can be served over ice or made into large batches for parties.  Garnish candied orange or blood orange of your choosing for presentation.

Gin

PRE’CHELLA DESERT COCKTAIL

(For Individual Serving)
2 oz. Malfy Con Limone Gin
1/2 oz. The Bitter Truth Violet Liqueur
1/2 oz. Freshly Squeezed Lemon
Teaspoon of Simple Syrup
1 1/2 oz. of Freshly Squeezed Grapefruit Juice

In a shaker combine all ingredients over ice and shake.  Over fresh ice strain into a cocktail glass of your choice.   This cocktail can be served over ice or made into large batches for parties.  Garnish with fresh herbs of your choosing or flower for presentation.

Tequila

TEQUILA MOCKINGBIRD

(For Individual Serving)

1 1/2 oz. Blanco Tequila (Divine Cocktailer Suggests Don Julio Blanco)

1/2 oz. of Cointreau

1 3/4  oz. of grapefruit juice

¼ oz. of lime juice

Dash of spicy pepper oil

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.  Shake and serve over fresh ice & garnish with spicy peppers, lemon, & lime pinwheels.
